My coworkers and I come here often. Alex treats us with so much patience and fun new recommendations for drinks! We also love to play the claw machine that they have. Every trip is always worth it!

I recently became a regular here and I love the atmosphere inside of the store. I don’t typically like sweet drinks, but asked an employee, Julia, for recommendations — she was helpful and friendly in suggesting/quickly making a matcha latte which is now a favorite.

I tried Feng Cha for the first time and the milk tea was delicious! The flavors are rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just right. The boba was fresh and chewy, and the menu has a lot of great options to choose from. The shop itself is cozy and welcoming, and the service was friendly and quick. Definitely one of the best milk tea spots I’ve been to, and I’ll be coming back for more!

The drinks are super fresh and delicious! The boba is perfectly chewy and the sweetness is just right every time. The shop is clean, and the staff are so friendly—it always puts me in a good mood. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

I love the wide selection of drinks to choose from, and my go to is definitely a dirty boba. Every time I go I receive a high quality dirty boba, especially when Karen (employee) makes it. I go to Feng Cha often, and whenever I see Karen on shift I can tell she is truly dedicated and focused on getting drinks out on time, taking orders, etc. Her hard work is definitely shown not only through the delicious drinks she makes, but her attitude as well. She greets people with a smile on her face and adds to the welcoming atmosphere every shop hopes to have.

I want to commend Julia on her amazing service. We came in today during the evening rush; she was efficient, pleasant and attentive. She provided an amazing customer experience! We were wowed to see how she executed every order with a great attitude!

In Boba Heaven: Feng Cha Delivers the Best Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba! I've had my fair share of boba across Dallas, but nothing compares to the masterpiece I just experienced at Feng Cha. The crème brûlée dirty boba, customized to perfection with light sugar and half ice, has set a new standard for me. The balance of flavors, the perfect chew of the boba, and that exquisite crème brûlée finish... I’m literally in heaven! If you’re a boba lover, this place is an absolute must-try. Hands down, one of the best boba spots in Dallas!

I recently visited Feng Cha Coppell and had a fantastic experience! I loved that they had a play area for younger kids, which made it so easy for me to enjoy my drink while my little ones had a fun time. I tried the Strawberry Breeze, and it was absolutely refreshing – the perfect balance of sweet and fruity. I also had a bite of the Sea Salt Pearl, which was incredibly delicious! The ambiance was cozy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a great spot to relax with family or friends.
